SportsDynamics is a spin-off from a Physics PhD research group at the National Scientific Research Center in France (CNRS) and École Polytechnique. "SD" was created at the end of 2019.

The company is still majority-owned by its two founders and experienced entrepreneurs Arnaud Santin and Vincent Ottow Bacot. Additional shareholders include the French CNRS, sports business executives, and professional athletes.

The company is located in central Paris, France.

GaTa 27 is a cloud-based SaaS platform providing sports organisations with bespoke, advanced analytics. GaTa 27 sits at the forefront of football analytics.

There are three core modules within GaTa 27. The "Entities" module enables users to create their own bespoke advanced analytics with no prior data background or knowledge required. Our "Export Studio" then allows coaches and analysts to create custom XML files based on their bespoke KPIs, for use in their video editing software. Finally, the "Team Analysis" module is a full experience in its own right, enabling users to view and interact with team- and player-level data across a wide range of football themes (set-pieces, crossing, pressing, fitness, and many more).

GaTa 27 is directly linked with your league's official providers for tracking and event data. Unlike other providers, we don't collect lower-quality tracking data from broadcast feeds — we rely solely on official in-stadium data, accessed directly via API. Our patented technology then transforms this official raw data into actionable, bespoke insights for each partner.

After years working alongside top professional football organizations, SportsDynamics recreated its product from scratch in 2024, with the aim of launching its brand-new software during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

We offer three packages — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with the Bronze package designed to cover many of your existing needs. Our multi-year agreements start at €10,000 per season, and partners can also subscribe to multiple competitions if they want to scout new players or use GaTa 27 when taking part in other competitions, such as the UEFA Champions League or FIFA World Cup.

UGD is our brand-new data feed, built for data scientists by data scientists. The aim of this feed is to provide audited, cleaned, harmonized, and standardized data to internal data science teams, so they can build their own models on top of it without needing to constantly audit the raw input data or enter into back-and-forth with leagues' providers.

A total of three different JSON files are provided: a frames file, a metadata file, and an event data file.

The UGD feed can be accessed via our simple, straightforward API.

The advantage of UGD is that all competitions and providers are harmonized, standardized, and quality-checked, so you can query exactly the same files and output data across competitions.

AGD was born from leagues' and federations' need to rely on an unbiased third-party expert to assess the quality of their official data providers and overall data pipelines.

While our auditing solution was primarily built for leagues and federations, clubs and data providers themselves can also use SportsDynamics' auditing and consulting capabilities to improve their data workflows.

For a league or federation, AGD can be used in different ways: testing and comparing different tracking providers during an RFP tender process, quality-assessing a brand-new automated technology to replace data collected manually by operators, or helping a new provider get set up in your league or competition alongside your various stakeholders.
